Senior Healthcare Manager ()

LOCATION: Winston Salem, North Carolina 

DESCRIPTION:  

We are looking for a talented and successful candidate to help guide our Managed Services Organization (MSO) and provide the leadership to pursue our growth and strategic goals.  The right candidate must have a thorough understanding of the components of medical practice management with particular emphasis on medical billing & collections as well as performance benchmarks.

One will be a part of our team of professionals who work to help our clients manage the reimbursement challenge in today’s environment. The position entails working with a wide variety of professionals at all levels of the healthcare system. As a member of the management team, the candidate will have direct client contact with administrators and physicians. Additionally, one must be able to meet with potential clients to discuss and showcase our exceptional services while building effective relationships

REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelor's degree or better is strongly desired. The applicant should have managerial expertise with at least 5-7 years of healthcare billing or practice management experience.
